Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray.— Proverbs 22:6.
In today’s world most of the parents are working so that they can provide good education in top schools for their children and by doing this they forget to teach values to their children and when the children forget the values of life then surely their mind will be limited to work and enjoyment and other than that they know nothing.
This is the main reason most of the parents have to live in the old age homes when they grow old because of not teaching manners to children and also for not disciplining them in right way.
If parents have 1 child then they forget everything and pamper that child so much that they spoil the child and because of that child become disrespectful towards the parents and every time become angry to make parents understand things.
When this happens parents regret silently for bringing this child into this world. When they regret then surely they will be dying slowly from inside.
We should train our children in the right way when they are young so that when they become youth and adult they will never forget our discipline and because of that they will be walking in the right way and make us proud with their behaviour and also success.
Parents are solely responsible for the downfall of their children as they did not teach them prayers as well as they did not discipline them in the right way.

ಇಂದಿನ ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಲು ಮರೆತುಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಜೀವನದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತಾಗ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಏನೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸದ ಕಾರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು ನೀಡದ ಕಾರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪೋಷಕರು ವೃದ್ಧಾಶ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಲು ಇದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ 1 ಮಗುವಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಮರೆತು ಆ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಮುದ್ದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅವರು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮಗುವಿನ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಗೌರವ ತೋರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕೋಪಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಇದು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದಾಗ ಪೋಷಕರು ಈ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಈ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ವಿಷಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ವಿಷಾದಿಸಿದಾಗ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರು ಒಳಗಿನಿಂದ ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಯುವಕರಾದಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ವಯಸ್ಕರಾದಾಗ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮರೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ತರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪತನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತುಗೊಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

बच्चों को सही रास्ते पर ट्रेन करो, और जब वे बूढ़े हो जाएंगे, तो वे भटकेंगे नहीं।— नीतिवचन 22:6।
आज की दुनिया में ज़्यादातर माता-पिता काम कर रहे हैं ताकि वे अपने बच्चों को टॉप स्कूलों में अच्छी एजुकेशन दे सकें और ऐसा करते हुए वे अपने बच्चों को वैल्यूज़ सिखाना भूल जाते हैं और जब बच्चे ज़िंदगी की वैल्यूज़ भूल जाते हैं तो यकीनन उनका दिमाग काम और मज़े तक ही लिमिटेड रहेगा और इसके अलावा उन्हें कुछ नहीं पता होगा।
यही मेन कारण है कि ज़्यादातर माता-पिता को बूढ़े होने पर ओल्ड एज होम में रहना पड़ता है क्योंकि वे बच्चों को मैनर्स नहीं सिखाते और उन्हें सही तरीके से डिसिप्लिन भी नहीं करते।
अगर माता-पिता का 1 बच्चा है तो वे सब कुछ भूल जाते हैं और उस बच्चे को इतना लाड़-प्यार करते हैं कि वे बच्चे को बिगाड़ देते हैं और उस वजह से बच्चा माता-पिता की बेइज़्ज़ती करने लगता है और हर बार माता-पिता को बातें समझाने के लिए गुस्सा हो जाता है।
जब ऐसा होता है तो माता-पिता चुपचाप इस बच्चे को इस दुनिया में लाने का पछतावा करते हैं। जब वे पछतावा करते हैं तो यकीनन वे अंदर से धीरे-धीरे मर रहे होंगे।
हमें अपने बच्चों को बचपन से ही सही तरीके से ट्रेनिंग देनी चाहिए ताकि जब वे जवान और बड़े हों तो वे हमारे डिसिप्लिन को कभी न भूलें और इस वजह से वे सही रास्ते पर चलें और अपने व्यवहार और सफलता से हमें गर्व महसूस कराएं।
माता-पिता अपने बच्चों की बर्बादी के लिए पूरी तरह से ज़िम्मेदार हैं क्योंकि उन्होंने उन्हें प्रार्थना नहीं सिखाई और न ही उन्हें सही तरीके से डिसिप्लिन में रखा।
