CATHOLIC SPIRITUAL INSPIRATION DAILY – BY ROVAN PINTO.

“GIVE SOMETHING, HOWEVER SMALL, TO THE ONE IN NEED. FOR IT IS NOT SMALL TO ONE WHO HAS NOTHING. NEITHER IS IT SMALL TO GOD, IF WE HAVE GIVEN WHAT WE COULD.”- SAINT GREGORY NAZIANZEN

In today’s world people who are in prayers as well as people who are not in prayers are becoming more greedy and selfish and that’s why we see rich becoming richer and the poor becoming poorer.

God has created rich and poor for a purpose so that whoever is rich may share with the poor, but the truth in this world today is the rich want to become richer and poor struggle everyday with their needs.

Today we see sharing and caring is becoming less in the modern churches and people flock to churches just to fulfil their obligation or to satisfy their needs.

When we share a little with others who do not have for them it’s not small because of their urgent need of the hour. When we make a habit of sharing a little with others it will give us joy and also in the eyes of God whatever little we do with great love is pleasing to Him.

In this world we see many people because of job loss or business loss or family problem or health problem they will be in helpless situation to meet their daily needs and if we are going to be of any help to them they will be encouraged and have hope.

Let us not pray always for our selfish needs but also be generous in praying for others needs and also if we can do any help we should not hold back and wait till we will be in that same situation.
