FOR FAITH IS THE BEGINNING AND THE END IS LOVE, AND GOD IS THE TWO OF THEM BROUGHT INTO UNITY. AFTER THESE COMES WHATEVER ELSE MAKES UP A CHRISTIAN GENTLEMAN. –SAINT. IGNATIUS OF ANTIOCH.
We are all practicing one or the other form of prayer and through our prayer when we gain faith we will become proud of our self thinking that we have achieved everything.
But the real truth is Faith is only beginning of our journey with God. To have faith daily for few years is a great challenge we have to face and we have grow in faith little by little everyday or else it’s impossible for us to reach our destination.
Faith is always the beginning and love is the end if we have faith to move the mountains and if we do not have love we have nothing. God through His creation has displayed His great faith in His word and also love for the humans.
God is love and without knowing about love according to the Word of God it is impossible to love others, we have to analyze our life and see whether we posses 15 characteristic of love in us ,if we do not posses then we do not know anything about love(READ 1CORINTHIANS 13:4-7).
We because of not understanding God fully we do things which is displeasing God and get away with it but if somebody does the same with us we start complaining, gossiping and hating that person for the same.
Faith in us will work powerfully when we are filled with love of God. God fills His love into us through HOLY SPIRIT when we pray. Most of us are not aware of this.
We have to know that God is filling us with His love everyday when we pray and we will be draining it out of us throughout the day by speaking negative.
Let us make effort to grow in faith and love so that we may lead others by our example.
