WORD OF GOD CLEARLY SAYS IN PSALM 42:5 - WHY
ARE YOU CAST DOWN, O MY SOUL, AND WHY ARE YOU DISQUIETED WITHIN ME? HOPE IN GOD; FOR I SHALL AGAIN PRAISE
HIM, MY
HELP AND MY GOD.
Most of us
who are in the middle of global crisis are sad and some are depressed and many
are suicidal. Main reason for our soul to be sad, depressed and suicidal is because
our soul is not hoping in the Lord but on the material things or work or money
or any other thing except GOD.
Our soul
cannot become strong by itself but it is our duty to make it strong by feeding
it with the Word of God daily. We do everything possible to keep our body happy
in this world but we fail to work on our soul to attain eternal happiness after
our death. We have to understand our body is of no use after our death but our
soul has to stand in front of judgement throne.
We should
check our self everyday and see how our soul reacts to every adverse situation.
If our soul is praising God in midst of adverse situation then surely our soul
has been fed enough Word of God by us. If our soul falls into fear or worry or
blaming or pointing finger at others then surely we have to know that our soul
is not fed Word of God by us.
It is better
to start feeding our soul with Word of God now because we do not even know when
we are going to die. Because of feeding our soul with the Word of God daily
very soon our soul starts believing what our Spirit believes and will be in
agreement with our Spirit which is full of GOD and then only we can become
strong in faith and will have courage and faith to overcome any situation and
also our soul will learn to praise GOD in every situation good or bad.
