God is full of compassion that is why when we approach Him He accepts us as we are and show us compassion and draws us unto HIM.
Once He has drawn us unto HIM He will teach us so many new things which we have not known till now.
Jesus Christ is the greatest example of compassion as He displayed many times act of compassion by feeding the multitude, healing the sick and also raising the dead.
When we are in fellowship with Jesus Christ we also have to be compassionate towards others around us because Jesus said " I DESIRE MERCY NOT SACRIFICE".
We can grow in compassion only when we follow Jesus from all our heart and also when there is no selfish motives attached to us.
