Without
Jesus Holy family doesn’t exist and that’s why Mother Mary and Saint Joseph
were anxious and worried when they lost Jesus when they were returning from
festival. This is the only place in the gospels we can see parents of Jesus
anxious and restless searching for boy Jesus everywhere.
Parents
of Jesus were searching for the boy for 3 days without giving up and when they
found the boy in the temple in Jerusalem they were very happy in the same way
there are many days, months and years that Jesus is missing from our life. When
we come to realisation then we have to search Jesus in the same way Parents of
Jesus were searching. They were searching Jesus physically but we have find
Jesus Spiritually.
To
find Jesus without having desire is not possible. We cannot find Jesus without
knowing His Word. We have to search Jesus through His Word and as we move
forward and find Jesus, it will be the most happiest day of our life. Our desire
to find Jesus should be burning everyday and we have to make all effort to find
Him and experience Him personally.
Once
we find Jesus and know Him, then surely we will make all effort to walk in the
way He will show us. Jesus will always lead us to the way of life which is
narrow and difficult and only when we are walking with Jesus we will be able to
walk in the way of life joyfully or else we may again go back to the same place
where we came from before seeking Jesus.
Let
us search Jesus everyday and let us not rest until we find Him and once we find
Him let us make firm decision to walk with Him every day of our life.
