We all pray to God but we have to analyze and see what we pray for. The answer surely will come that we are all praying for successful life.

 

We have to understand that successful life alone cannot lead us to the path of heaven but can become obstacle to live a holy and righteous life.

 

Successful means lots of wealth, Lots of wealth means searching for lots of ways to spend and all the ways we chose to spend will connect us to sin which will make us slaves for years.

 

We have to pray to God that we may be faithful to Him every day of our life and once we are faithful to Him then success, miracles and blessings follow us all the days of our life and also for our future generations to come.

 

Faithfulness is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit and it has to be cultivated in our life and will not come to us freely as gifts. We have to toil hard to cultivate this fruit in our life.

 

When God is faithful towards His living Word, we have to become faithful towards His word which will bring forth great miracles and favour in our life which cannot be achieved by us all our lifetime even if we work every day of our life.

 

Faithfulness will not grow in us unless we are put to test, God will test us by placing us in different situations some easy and some difficult to see whether we will be faithful to His Word.

 

For example the world says sex before or after marriage is okay, abortion is ok, homosexuality is ok, revenge is ok, hatredness is ok and so on but God’s Word says all this are wrong and will have consequences but the decision to choose world or Word of God is in our hand, whatever we chose God will honour our decision because of freewill given to us by Him.
