confidence based upon the goodness and infinite generosity of God and upon the
promises of Jesus Christ. God is a spring of living water which flows
unceasingly into the hearts of those who pray.” -Saint Louis
de Montfort.
We are all praying from few months or few years, it
doesn’t matter how long we are in prayers but what matters is whether we have
put our total confidence in God who is the only provider of all good things.
If we have not put our confidence in God then what
is the use of prayer we are doing daily. Without putting our total confidence
in God’s power, goodness, mercy, grace, miracles, healing, deliverance and so
on it is not possible for us to receive what we pray for. When we do not
receive what we pray for immediately we start blaming others or God for it.
We are not receiving great miracles or healing or
deliverance or goodness or mercy or grace only because we are not putting our
total confidence in what we pray. Promises of God are true and will be
fulfilled in our life without fail if we encourage ourselves and move forward
every day.
Let us give our 100% to God and let us put our
confidence in the Word of God so that God’s word will bring forth everything in
our life what it is sent for. God clearly says that His Word will not return to
Him empty or void but it will fulfil the purpose for which has been sent. God’s
Word will never fail in our life if we put our confidence in it in every
situation.
We are going to overcome every situation in our
life through the Word of God and this journey should not end with us but it has
to extend to others around us so that they may also overcome every adverse
situation through God’s Word.
