CATHOLIC SPIRITUAL INSPIRATION DAILY -- BY ROVAN PINTO.

Word of God clearly says in EPHESIANS 4:29- Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.

All of us are in prayers from short and long time , it doesn't matter how long we have been in prayers but what matters is our words.

We can be in prayers for many years without changing or we can be in prayers for few years with changes in our life.

If our words are not changed after being in prayers for long it shows our negligence towards learning.

If we are in prayers and if our words are not giving Grace to those who hear us that clearly shows that we are not grown in prayers.

When we are growing in prayers we have to take care about what we speak with others. Word of God should increase and words of the world should decrease.

Let us be alert when we are angry or irritated or disappointed or frustrated that no words of evil may come in our mouth but only word of God.

Let every word we speak with others may build them spiritually and not tear them down especially when they are going through problems.

Let us understand the value of every word we speak with others so that whatever we speak may help them, strengthen them, heal them, bless them and also deliver them from their struggles.

Let us be people of God speaking His word with courage and confidence with others so that their burdens may become light.
