Word of God clearly says in 1 CORINTHIANS 3:16-17- Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.
Most of us do not know that our body is the temple of Holy Spirit and because of this we commit sins against our body.
We have to understand that devil knows the scriptures well that's why he is tempting most of the people from young to old to commit sins against the body .
Many of us do not have any idea how dangerous it is to live everyday with sins against our body. In the message of Fatima it was revealed that many souls are going to hell because of the sins of the flesh.
People do not take sins of the flesh seriously that is why in today's world you can see numerous people getting involved in pornography or masturbation or homosexuality or fornication or prostitution or adultery from as young as 10 years to the oldest.
In today's world people do not want to marry because they do not want to stay committed to one person but they are more interested to have unholy relationship with many. By seeing these type of people many innocent people are falling trap to it.
We see in this world many married couples who are living a separated life or divorced because of violence or misunderstanding or sickness or financial crisis and get married or live with other person in relationship when the spouse is alive will be living with adultery.
If we know that sins of the flesh will take us to hell, how many of us will dare to commit it. God has clearly said that those who commit sins of the flesh He will destroy them.
Problem with us is we do not know the Word of God and that is why we are able to commit sins of the flesh without feeling bad about it.
We have to understand the seriousness of this sin and give up with the help of God. We have to grow in the Word of God so that we may grow in holiness. We have to keep our body holy which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
