The victory that Christ won over sin has given us greater blessings
than those which sin had taken from us: "where sin increased, grace
abounded all the more" --- Catechism of the Catholic Church 420.
In today’s world most of the people live
like losers. Some lose their battle before it begins, some in the middle and
some in the end when victory was knocking at their doorstep.
We have all lost God’s precious blessings
in our life because of our sinful life. Sin looks good when we enjoy because of
the pleasure in it but after we commit the consequences of sin no one dares to
go through it.
Every country has got its own law and
when we violate the law without knowing or deliberately the punishment for
violating the law is same but it is not so with God. Punishment due for those
who do not know is lesser than those who know. God is merciful towards us and
He will not punish us suddenly but waits patiently for us to turn back to Him.
We because of stubbornness and ignorance we do not want to turn to God.
When we do not turn to God for long we
give control of our life to devil and his companions who will make us do things
which we cannot even think of. God in midst of all this showering upon us Grace
upon Grace which will make few if us to turn towards God. God wants to save us
because He has won the victory for us on the Cross of Calvary but we are not
willing to live a victorious life but choose to live a defeated life.
God’s Grace will be working powerfully
when we mess up our life with stain of sin so that He can restore all the
blessings we have lost because of sin. We have to thank God all the time for
working great things in our life when we failed Him miserably.
GOD IS LOVE THAT’S WHY HE IS OVERLOOKING
OUR SINS SO THAT WE MAY BE ATTRACTED TOWARDS HIS LOVE AND LIVE A VICTORIOUS
LIFE.
